Keppel Cebu settles labor row with union (GMA News)
MANILA, Philippines - Employees of Keppel Cebu Shipyard, Inc. will negotiate for a new labor contract with the company after month-long labor dispute over mass layoffs was settled through a memorandum of agreement today, its union president said in a statement.
