Visayas to suffer more brownouts
Ethel Taneo Natera, corporate communications manager of the Visayan Electric Co. (Veco), announced the expected via text, saying the whole Visayas grid is expected to fall short of power by 120 megawatts MW in the morning and 140 MW in the afternoon.
