PNOC-EC board faces ouster over Palawan sale
THE board of PNOC Exploration Corp. regards as illegal and disadvantageous the governments plan to dispose of the companys stake in the Malampaya natural gas project via a negotiated sale this month, acting PNOC-EC chairman Crismel Verano said Thursday.
