Northern Mindanao palay output drops by a fifth in Q1
CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY -- Palay harvest in Northern Mindanao dropped by a fifth in the first quarter of the year due to the dry spell, faster than the nationwide drop in production of this crop, data from the regional Agriculture office showed.
