Fishery agency, Palawan body ask revival of poaching charges
THE BUREAU of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) and the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff (PCSDS) have asked the Department of Justice (DoJ) to recall former Justice secretary Alberto C. Agras decision dropping illegal poaching charges against Chinese nationals.
