NEW CORELLA, Davao del Norte, Sept. 23 (PNA) -- Engr. Joaquin Silangan is one entrepreneur who does not only contribute to the gross domestic product (GDP) and export figures of the country but also to the welfare of some inmates at the Davao Prison and Penal Farm, formerly the Davao Penal Colony (Dapecol) in Panabo City, Davao del Norte.
