Palawan gov questions ECC of mining firm
Palawan Gov. Abraham Kahlil Mitra questioned on Tuesday the issuance by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) of a permit to MacroAsia's mining venture in Brooke's Point, Palawan, saying local government has not even endorsed the project.
