Visayas, Mindanao legislators assail budget 'discrimination'
Legislators from Negros Occidental joined other lawmakers from the Visayas and Mindanao in an emerging protest against what they said was the discrimination that regions outside Luzon were getting from President Benigno Aquino's proposed national budget next year.
