Davao farmers want Quedancor debts written off
Davao CITY -- Farmers in a remote village in this city are demanding that Quedan and Rural Credit Guarantee Corp. (Quedancor) write off roughly P7 million in loans granted to them for farm inputs claiming there was an element of deceit in the granting of the loan.
