Alcala vows to probe entry of onions in Luzon
Luzon, Philippines %26ndash; Agriculture Secretary Proceso Alcala has assured that his office will investigate the reported importation of frozen livestock and the smuggling of onions in Central and Northern Luzon. Alcala said he will look closely into the matter and come up with possible solutions to contain the problem such as the implementation of laws and ordinances prohibiting the act.
