Luzon application for FMD-free status filed
THE PHILIPPINES applied with the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) last Dec. 6 for foot and mouth disease (FMD)-free "without vaccination" certification for the remaining parts of Luzon that are still without this status, an Agriculture official told reporters yesterday.
