PUERTO PRINCESA CITY, Palawan, Philippines%26mdash;(UPDATE 2) Police said local radio commentator Dr. Gerardo Ortega of RMN Palawan, who was gunned down at around 10:30 a.m. immediately after his radio program today, sustained bullet wounds in the head and body.
