Visayas provinces and Surigao getting more rain than usual
Just a week into January, provinces in the Visayas and the Surigao provinces in Mindanao have already experienced a higher than normal amount of rainfall, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration.
