Western Visayas eyes domestic and foreign investments
ILOILO CITY, Feb. 9 (PNA) - Western Visayas in the next six years will focus on attracting domestic and foreign investments, according to Capiz Gov. Victor Tanco, the newly appointed chairperson of the Regional Development Council (RDC) for Western Visayas.
