Lawmakers from Luzon join the fray over ARMM
The plan to reset the August election in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao has two Luzon-based lawmakers joining the fray. Rep. Jack Enrile of Cagayan rejected outright the proposal to defer the election to 2013 as embodied in House bill 4146.
