Cebu PB member takes oath as vice governor
Cebu CITY, Philippies (PNA) -%26ndash; Cebu Provincial Board Member Agnes Magpale took her oath Tuesday as the new vice governor of Cebu at the Legislative Session Hall in Danao City, some 40 kilometers north of this city. For the first time in Cebu's history, women hold the two top positions in the Provincial Government.
