Mindanao bank to join big league
DAVAO CITY, Philippines%26mdash;The Mindanao-based One Network Bank could be joining the big league of commercial banks by the end of next year, judging from the proposed increase in its capitalization to P2.4 billion, a bank official said Thursday.
