Mindanao electric coop oppose sale of hydro power plants
COTABATO CITY, June 1 (PNA) -- The Association of Mindanao Rural Electric Cooperative (AMRECO) is opposed to the privatization of two hydroelectric power plants in Lanao del Norte, citing the possibility of an increased power rates in the island.
