Central Luzon cops trained in counter-insurgency
CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga, Nov. 27 (PNA) -- About 100 police officers in the region underwent the Philippine National Police (PNP) Modified Special Counter-Insurgency Operations Unit Training (SCOUT) to enhance their skills and capability, particularly in the field of combat operations against the insurgents.
